Approach
A clear four-step process, run by the person you actually hired.
Jam is built around a small number of opinionated choices about how claims advisory should be done. Each one is here because the absence of it is what makes consultancy frustrating to buy.
- 01
Engagement
Meet and gather insights. Identify the stakeholders who need to be in the room. Collect the initial data. Define the objectives and expectations together so we start with a shared view of what good looks like.
- 02
Analysis
Gather the detailed data. Organise and analyse the relevant data sets across claims, customer and commercial performance. Use the data to define the target, in language the operation and the board both recognise.
- 03
Solution
Discuss potential solutions and evaluate options against your objectives. Develop proposals and recommend a preferred approach. Prepare and present the recommendation to the people who will act on it.
- 04
Implementation
Develop the plan. Work through timelines, resource and capability. Monitor progress against the target. Provide ongoing support, evaluation and supplier management for as long as you need us alongside you.
What this means in practice
Jam, versus a generalist.
With Jam
With a generalist consultancy
A senior claims practitioner from kick-off to read-out
A discovery led by junior consultants, then escalated
A one-page brief and transparent fee structure agreed before work starts
A statement of work that grows quietly during the project
Independent of placement and panel
Compensation tied to the products you end up buying
A single written report you can act on
A 90-slide deck no one re-opens after the read-out
Prioritised, costed, owned recommendations
Generic 'consider', 'evaluate', 'explore' language
If that sounds like the kind of help you've been looking for, let's have a conversation.
